- If a function cancellation is made anytime after the contract is signed, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full-published Room Rental will apply, less any revenue recouped by the Conference Centre through resale of this space.
- If a function cancellation is made within 30 days prior to a pending event, a cancellation fee, equivalent to the full published Room Rental and 50% of the actual food and Beverage Revenue will be levied as liquidated revenue damages less any revenue recouped by the Conference Centre through the resale of this space.
- If a function cancellation is made within four business days prior to an event, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the actual Food and Beverage Revenue and the actual Room Rental will be levied as liquidated revenue damages less any revenue recouped by the Conference Centre through the resale of this space.
Yes, limited to wine only during dinner. There is a corkage fee of $12.95 per bottle and you must also purchase a Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO.
You must pre-arrange for pick up with your own preferred courier. You must package all goods to be shipped, fill out the shipping label and call your preferred courier for the pick up.
Your Sales Manager will offer you quotes and put you in contact with the reservations manager of your chosen hotel (or both). You will then deal directly with the hotel.
We charge 13% HST on all billable items and we do NOT charge a gratuity.

SOCAN and Re:Sound fee
We collect and forward these fees in full to SOCAN and RE:SOUND. We are mandated to collect these fees from groups/clients that play recorded music during a function or event. SOCAN – represents the rights of songwriters, lyric authors, composers and music publishers
RE:SOUND – represents the rights of the performers who played on recordings and the record companies that released those recordings
